Teaching Churches

Teaching Churches are academic partnerships between MB Seminary and congregations. The partnership provides students as well as non-credit learners with church-based education and training.

Academic Credit

You can earn graduate or undergraduate credit for Teaching Church courses by becoming a student at MB Seminary

Personal Interest

You can participate in the onsite learning experience which will feel similar to an extended workshop (no academic credit)

Online Options

We also offer online courses – it’s a flexible way to work toward your grad certificate at a faster pace!

Christian Leadership Practices November 22-23, 2024

How do churches develop leaders who are growing in their love for Jesus and their ability to serve with excellence? This offering will help learners grow as Christian leaders and give them practical tools for helping others in their leadership development. Learners will explore how to strengthen six key Christian leadership practices: 1) cultivating a growing relationship with God, 2) developing godly character, 3) discerning and living out personal calling, 4) growing deep community, 5) building healthy teams, and 6) strengthening key leadership skills.
