Jon began working at MB Seminary as the Director of Advancement in 2025. He has served in administrative capacities with a number of MB churches, including North Langley Community Church, South Abbotsford Church, and Jericho Ridge Community Church. He also has many years of fundraising experience while working with Focus on the Family Canada (2009-2014 and 2017-2024) and Food for the Hungry Canada (2024-2025).

Jon was born in Toronto but grew up in eastern Ontario. He spent a year living in Hungary with his family before moving to Waterloo, ON where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier. He then moved to Langley, BC to attend MB Seminary, where he earned his Master of Divinity. While in BC, he met his wife Renée and they now have two children. Their family attends North Langley Community Church where Jon serves as an elder. In his spare time, Jon enjoys gardening, camping, spending time outdoors, and being with his family.
