MB Seminary Seeks Academic Dean and Faculty
MB Seminary invites applications for the following positions:
1. Academic Dean
The Academic Dean provides visionary leadership for MB Seminary’s academic programs, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission, values, and strategic goals. This role involves overseeing faculty, curriculum development, academic policies, and partnerships to encourage an innovative and effective learning and teaching environment. 2. Faculty in Leadership OR Biblical Studies
Faculty members are dedicated educators and scholars who engage in teaching, research, and community service.
- Leadership Faculty: Teach courses in leadership formation, ministry collaboration, and missional engagement, integrating biblical wisdom with leadership principles for ministry. Refer to the job description for full details.
- Biblical Studies Faculty: Teach courses in biblical hermeneutics, exposition, and theology, equipping students toward a deep connection between Scripture and ministry from an evangelical-Anabaptist perspective. Refer to the job description for full details.
Possible Combined Position:
Depending on the successful candidate, these roles may be combined into a single position, allowing one individual to serve as both Academic Dean and Faculty member.
