This workshop is open to any participant who wishes to engage in the topic. Christian Leadership Practices will be facilitated by Dr. Randy Wollf at Willingdon Church in Burnaby, B.C. on Thursday and Friday, Feb 20-21 (6:30 pm-9:30 pm) and Saturday, Feb 22 (1:30 pm-5:00 pm).
A more robust version of this teaching content (along with readings and assignments) is available for academic credit (graduate or undergraduate options).
Have you ever considered the ways in which your church develops leaders who are growing in their love for Jesus and their ability to serve with excellence? This workshop will stimulate your growth as a Christian leader and give you practical tools to guide others in their leadership development. Together, we will explore how to strengthen six key Christian leadership practices: cultivating a growing relationship with God, developing godly character, discerning and living out your personal calling, growing deep community, building healthy teams, and strengthening your key leadership skills.
